Open Admission Policy
It is the policy of Memorial Hospital Inc., dba Memorial Medical Center, which includes out Hospital, Health & Rehabilitation, Home Health Care Agency, and Clinic, to admit, treat, and serve all persons without regards to race, color, gender, age, disability, or national origin. No patient, resident, client, or other applicant for service shall be excluded from participation in, or denied the benefits of a program or activity because of discrimination on these grounds. There is no distinction in eligibility for services or in the manner in which those services are provided.
As a participant in the USDA Food Distribution Program, this facility is operated in accordance with USDA policy which does not permit discrimination because of race, color, gender, age disability, or national origin.
