Memorial Medical Center’s Home Health Agency provides services to people of all ages who qualify for this type of care. The agency is licensed by the state of Wisconsin and is certified for services through Medicare and Medicaid as well as private insurances and private pay reimbursements.

Our Home Health Care Agency has been providing care since 1985. Memorial Medical Center’s Home Health Agency serves portions of Clark Jackson, Wood and Eau Claire Counties.

Neillsville Clinic Hours: Monday – Friday: 7:30am – 5pm. Dr. Ken Weimer (Pediatrics) & Dr. Amy Coulthard (Family Medicine/OB) have clinic hours until 7:00pm
Urgent Care Hours: Monday – Thursday: 5pm – 7pm; Friday: 3pm - 5pm; Saturday 9am-1pm; Sunday 10am-2pm. Closed on holidays.
