Are You an Informed Healthcare Consumer?

Memorial Medical Center's healthcare presentations are designed to inform the community on how to prevent illness, injury, & disease and how consumers can decrease healthcare expenditures. Wednesday, August 18th features Dr. Armando Pacis (General Surgeon), discussing Trauma Services in a Rural Hospital. Refreshments will be provided.

Blood Drives at Memorial Medical Center

Next Blood Drive Scheduled for Tuesday, August 24th, 2010. Memorial Medical Center's blood drives are open to both community members and our employees. We work with the BloodCenters of Wisconsin, Inc., and blood donations are given to patients at Memorial Medical Center as well as other area hospitals. All blood types are needed, and your support is greatly appreciated. Your one donation can save up to THREE lives. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are available by contacting Jeanie Sromek at 743-4040. 2010 Blood Drive Dates (Tuesdays): August 24th, October 19th, and December 14th. Family Health Expo

Memorial Medical Center is pleased to announce the date of our 4th annual Family Health Expo on Saturday, October 23, 2010. This year's Expo will run 8am - 12pm at Memorial Medical Center - Neillsville. The Family Health Expo is Memorial Medical Center's method for effectively promoting preventive healthcare services. Features include: free health screenings, reduced-cost labs, reduced-cost mammograms, and more. The Family Health Expo is open to anyone. CPR Certification & Recertification
Memorial Medical Center offers classes to employees and community members for certification or re-certification in CPR. Classes are held in the Manz Conference room of our Neillsville location. Hosted by Dr. Tim Meyer (Internal Medicine), Men’s Health Night educates people on the most prevalent health issues facing men.
