Medical Transcriptionist
Memorial Medical Center currently has available a full-time Medical Transcriptionist position. This Monday – Friday position is primarily 8:30 am – 5:00 pm with an every 5th weekend rotation. Health Information Services
Two newly-created Casual-status opportunities are available in Memorial Medical Center’s HIS Department. Hours are primarily days on an as-needed basis based upon workload:
• Medical Transcription Specialist – Job function is to interpret and transcribe dictation by physicians/other health care professionals. Must be a graduate of Medical Transcription or have extensive experience in medical transcription with working knowledge of medical terminology; anatomy and physiology, and drugs.
• File Assistant – Responsible for the filing of reports in medical records and other filing tasks as needed, in addition to the scanning of information in the electronic health record.

Nutritional Services
Memorial Medical Center currently has available the following positions in the Nutritional Services Department:
• Part-time Nutritional Services Aide/Cook - This 24 hour/week position will be days and evenings and include an every-other-weekend rotation.
• Casual Nutritional Services Aide – This is an every-other-weekend position with 8 hrs. per week with the possibility to occasionally pick up additional shifts.
Duties include institutional food preparation, assisting in the provision of healthy diets for patients, residents, and staff, food tray line service, and maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in the kitchen/cafeteria. Registered Nurse - Emergency Department
Memorial Medical Center is currently accepting applications for a full-time Registered Nurse for our Emergency Department.
This 32 - 40 hrs/week position will have varied hours with an every-other to every-third weekend rotation, holiday rotation, and call rotation. Previous Emergency Room nursing experience or comparable experience is required. Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold a current Wisconsin license. CPR certification required. ACLS and PALS required within one year of hire if not currently certified..

Registration Supervisor
Memorial Medical Center presently is seeking a full-time Registration Supervisor. This new position will oversee the daily functions of the Patient Services area and ensure the accurate registration and scheduling of patients.
This individual is required to be proficient in Excel, have knowledge of medical terminology, along with an understanding of insurance billing, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Memorial Medical Center currently has an opening for an Insurance Clerk in its Financial Services department. This is a full-time Monday through Friday day shift position. Primary responsibility is the timely and appropriate billing to, and the collection of monies from, payers/patients. This entails submission of claims, researching and analyzing accounts, addressing patient inquiries, establishing payment arrangements, and keying insurance payments. Patient Financial Services Supervisor
Memorial Medical Center currently has available a newly created position for a full-time Patient Financial Services Supervisor.
This position will ensure accounts are being filed timely and accurately, identify and monitor denial trends, and work to improve processes within the department while overseeing the daily functions of the insurance services areas of insurance filing, collections of accounts and data entry. Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance billing, CPT and ICD-9 coding is a necessity. Candidates must also have previous supervisory experience, be proficient in Excel, and be a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Health Information Services Supervisor
Memorial Medical Center is seeking a full-time Health Information Services (HIS) Supervisor.
This individual will assist with organizing, coordinating, and managing financial, operational, and personnel activities of the HIS department. Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting with the monitoring of the revenue cycle with attention to transcription, coding, and record completion.

FINANCIAL SERVICES LEAD
Memorial Medical Center currently has an opening for a Financial Services Lead. This is a full-time (40 hr/week) day shift position, Monday through Friday. Primary responsibility will be the overseeing of timely and appropriate billing to, and the collection of monies from, payers/patients through the submission of claims, researching and analyzing accounts of denied claims, addressing patient inquiries, and establishing payment arrangements. COLLECTIONS REPRESENTATIVE
Currently available is an opening for a Collections Representative in the Financial Services department. This Monday – Friday full-time position is primarily days with limited early evening hours necessary. Previous collection experience in a healthcare setting along with knowledge of insurance and billing procedures preferred.
Responsibilities will include monitoring payment plans, determining accounts for bad debt placement and filing estates.

RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST I
Presently available in our Diagnostic Imaging Department is a casual status Radiologic Technologist I opening. This position offers up to 20 hrs/week and will primarily be from 5:00pm – 10pm and will include every 3rd weekend rotation, holiday rotation and call rotation. Experience is preferred along with experience with CT Scan. Applicants must hold a current certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and be registered with the State of Wisconsin. EMERGENCY ROOM TECHNICIAN
Memorial Medical Center is currently seeking a casual status Emergency Room Technician. This 8 – 16 hrs/week position provides direct patient care, along with other department activities, under the supervision of the registered nurse and other professional medical providers.
Shifts include 7am – 3pm and 3 – 11pm with every other weekend rotation and holiday rotation. Previous ER experience is required. Current Wisconsin certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant and CPR certification is required. Application available online or apply in person. EEO/AA


REGISTERED NURSE – CASUAL TO PART-TIME

Patient Care Services Manager
Memorial Medical Center is currently seeking a full-time Patient Care Manager. This position is primarily days, Monday through Friday.
This registered nurse manager will oversee all of the nursing staff at MMC ensuring that quality OB, Med-Surg, Emergency Department, Surgical Services Department, Assisted Living, and Clinic nursing care is provided. ]
This leadership position facilitates the development of facility-wide patient care ensuring best nursing practice and patient-centered care is sustained. Responsible for preparation of the annual budget and for overall department material, equipment and facility maintenance needs.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or completion within one year of hire is required. Minimum of five years supervisory experience is a must.

HEALTH INFORMATION SERVICES MANAGER
Memorial Medical Center is seeking a full-time Health Information Services (HIS) Manager. This position plans, organizes, coordinates, and manages financial, operational, and personnel activities of the HIS department, in addition to, serving as the facility Privacy Officer.
Duties include, but are not limited to, monitoring the revenue cycle with attention to transcription, coding, and record completion. This position will play an integral role in the facility’s Electronic Health Record implementation.
Degree in Health Information Management or related field is required, along with a minimum of three to five years progressive health information management experience.
Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) certification required. Physical Therapist
